Basboussa1

Basboussa is a semolina cake popular in the Middle East and 

Mediterranean countries. This is a cake that is soaked in a syrup

made with sugar flavored with orange blossom water, it is prepared
especially during the month of Ramadan. It is  best to prepare the
dough the night before  then bake the cake the next day. This ensures

freshness, do not forget to leave Basboussa to cool before removing

the mold.

Gateau roule au chocolat blanc1

To change a litte bit from the traditional roll cakes, I offer
this beautiful cake recipe rolled with white chocolate with
a pattern, I simplified the work for you as you can see in
the video, I'll show you a very simple design, but you can
choose any design you like to please your children. If you
want a chocolate cake, you can add melted chocolate to
the dough, for the stuffing you can stuff the cake with a
chocolate ganache, you can find it on my blog, I chose  to
garnish my cake with white chocolate (my favorite)
and strawberries.
